Bro Code Studios

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the significance of the term "Bro Code" in relation to Bro Code Studios?

The term "Bro Code" embodies the original idea of fostering a collaborative and creative bond among brothers, including Tyler Dane Sutton and Dalton Sutton. Initially founded as an independent film production company in 2012, this vision evolved and eventually gave rise to Bro Code Studios, LLC. Dalton took charge and transitioned it into a music production studio specializing in recording, producing, mixing, and mastering music for bands and artists.

Does Bro Code Studios offer recording services?

No, at this time we do not offer recording services. Our primary focus is on delivering top-notch remote mixing and mastering services. We plan to offer recording services at some point in the future though.

Where is Bro Code Studios located?

Topeka, Kansas. Originally hailing from Northern New York, we made the move to Topeka, Kansas in 2019. Previously, Bro Code Studios operated as a private studio, but as of 2024, we are thrilled to announce that we are now openly accepting new clients for Mixing and Mastering.

Do I have to be located in Kansas to work with Bro Code Studios?

No, geographical distance is not a barrier when collaborating with us. We offer remote mixing and mastering services, enabling us to work with clients from anywhere in the world. As long as you can send us your project files, we can effectively collaborate with you regardless of your location.

What is remote mixing and mastering?

Remote mixing and mastering refers to the process of audio production where the mixing and mastering engineer and the client are located in separate physical locations. Instead of being present in the same studio, the client sends their recorded audio files, stems, or tracks to the engineer electronically. The engineer then works on the audio files using professional software and equipment to achieve the desired sound and quality. Communication between the engineer and the client usually occurs via email, phone, or online collaboration tools, allowing for effective collaboration and feedback throughout the process.
